born in East Hampton, Connecticut on a 160 acre farm, Bill has been involved with horses from the beginning. He began riding at age 4 and showing professionally at age 18. At age 19, he worked for the USET as a groom and manager of show jumpers.

Bill has trained riders and horses throughout the east including Connecticut, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee.
