Full Care Boarding
$575/month includes:

• Matted stall with full grills (outside stalls have windows) Stall size depends upon availability

• Boarder's tack room and trunk room

• Use of grooming bays and wash bays

• Stalls cleaned daily, picked as needed throughout the day (seven days each week)

• Cooling fans during summer heat

• AM & PM customized feeding and supplements (supplements provided by owner)

• Daily "4-corner" check for every horse (eyes, legs & feet, skin condition, body)

• Fresh hay "on demand"

• Automatic waterers as well as water buckets

• Daily Turnout (weather permitting)

• Deworming services [required] (dewormer fees not included in board)

• Attendance for Inoculations [required] (medication/veterinary services not included in board)

• Attendance for  Farrier services [required] (farrier fees not included in board)

• Attendance for Veterinary services (veterinary fees not included in board)

• Use of entire facility (indoor arena, outdoor arenas, riding fields, etc.)

• Blanketing/unblanketing (as needed per weather conditions)

• Fly mask application (as needed per weather conditions)

• Laundry services (includes polos, wraps, and saddle pads)

• Hand Walk (20 mins)

Grooming:

• Grooming (curry, body brush, comb mane, pick hooves)

• Mane Pull

• Trimming (whiskers, ears, fetlocks)

• Show preparation (bath, groom, pull main, trim whiskers, ears & fetlocks)

Healthcare (unless otherwise stated, barn will provide)

• Cold hose (per 10 min)

• Icing

• Stable wraps (owner-provided wraps)

• Poultice wrap (owner provided wraps)

• Topical and oral meds (non-ophthalmic, owner-provided)

• Eye medications

• Foot soak
